## Step 1 - Fund Your Account

Before you can buy Ethereum through a crypto exchange, you have to fund your account. You’ll deposit money from a bank account, like your personal checking or savings account.

## Step 2 - Purchase Ethereum

You can buy Ethereum(ETH) that fuels transactions on the Ethereum blockchain, from a crypto currency exchange like Coinbase. You'll need ETH to "mint" an NFT, purchase an NFT, and for gas fees to complete transactions. 

To purchase Ethereum, enter its symbol—ETH—in your exchange’s “buy” field and input the amount you want to buy.
